Maria Shriver filed for divorce from her husband of 25 years Arnold Schwarzenegger. In the papers filed on Friday, Shriver cited "irreconcilable differences".
The divorce comes less than two months after Shriver found out that her husband fathered a child with the couple's former housekeeper. Mildred Baena.
Shriver moved out of their house and, though Schwarzenegger apologized, she went on with the divorce.
55-year-old Shriver and 63-year-old Schwarzenegger have four children together: Katherine and Christina who are adults and Christopher, 13, and Patrick, 17.
The two met in 1977 and got married in 1986.
According to several sources the couple doesn't have a prenuptial agreement.
